Volume issues

I loved this app for years its the best way to workout whether home or at the gym however lately they have this feature that decreases your music volume so you can here the apps voice direct youre workout but its too low I cannot even enjoy my music .. I had to stop the app just to hear my music please fix that ASAP thanks
